Cryo-rigs sunk into a gas giant's upper atmosphere, drawing methane up into pressure cells faster than the world can settle. Only a gas giant has an atmosphere deep enough to carry one, and only the Hidden Sector has gas giants. Every level winds the cells tighter; at full stress the world is one shock away from going up, and it will not go up alone – the whole sector goes together.
